Touch Monitors and USB to RS232 / RS422 / RS485 adapter. |

2004 Cermate estabilshed the branch company Shenzhen Cermate Technologies
Inc. as the China sales and service center. In the same year, the Shanghai
branch office was established. |

Cermate became a partner of Exor in Asia as the exclusive agent of Exor
Uniop product in China and Taiwan. |
