Why do I need
to login?
Since many of our on-line features
are only enabled to registered users, one should login to get the most benefits
of the online system. For example, we ask you to login first before creating
an inquiry because we can then assocaite the inquiry with you so that you can
track the status. Furthermore, since it usually involves many people on one
deal from the beginning, it is essential to track the overall progress for the
most benefit of both the buyers and the suppliers.

How do I get a
login ID?
A login ID may be created by the
supplier. Alternatively, you may also register one online yourself via the login
page.

What information
do I need to provide to get a login ID?
As a minimum, you need to enter your
company name, your name, and email address. A valid email address is essential
because all confirmation and notification will be sent to the email address
you provided.
Please note that, however, the
suppliers will usually require more information about you and your company
before you place an order.

How are my
information used?
Your name, email address, alone with
any of your company and personal information are only used for record keeping.
Since there will be several documents, e.g. quotation or order form, exchanged
between the buyers and the suppliers, your information will appear on those
documents.
In addition, the supplier may
also perform credit checking using the information you provided.
Besides the above, your information
will never be released to any third party.

Is it safe
to perform business activities on-line?
It is safe to do business on-line
with us. Frist of all, any data communication involoving your information are
transmitted securely using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. They can not
be read because they are encrypted when transmitted over the Internet. Then
your information will be processed and stored in our server which is located
in a secure data center with firewall protection.
