an inquiry that is hasn't
been turned into an order, and hasn't been ended explicitly by a supplier
Action Items: a case that was initiated
(or followed-up) by the buyer and hasn't been responded by the supplier
Active Order: an order that hasn't been
closed explicitly by the supplier
Case: the common information associated
with a particular deal between the supplier and the buyer. Depending on the
progress of a deal, a case could represent either an inquiry, or an order.
Case Contact: a buyer user that will receive
all notification emails regarding a particular case
CFR: Cost and Freight
CIF: Cost, Insurance, and Freight
CIP: Carriage and Insurance Paid To
Closed Order: an order that has been considered
complete or terminated
CPT: Carriage Paid To
DAF: Delivered At Frontier
DDP: Delivered Duty Paid
DDU: Delivered Duty Unpaid
DES: Delivered Ex Ship
DEQ: Delivered Ex Quay Duty Paid
Ended Inquiry: an inquiry that has been
determined not to be responded anymore
EXW: Ex Works
FAS: Free Alongside Ship
FCA: Free Carrier
FOB: Free On Board
Initial Creation Time: the time a case
was created
Last Corresponding Time: the last time
a case was responded by either the supplier or the buyer
Privilege: access rights to different
functionality of the e-commerce web site
