Maintenance Service Change Announcement

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your support to use our company's products. To enhance our product maintenance services, effective immediately, maintenance services for related products will be integrated into Advantech's eRMA maintenance service platform. If you need to return a product for repair, please register and submit a repair request through the eRMA platform first.

Prior to logging in, please ensure that you have completed the registration process. Here is the link to the eRMA Platform Account: https://erma.advantech.com.tw/

For detailed instructions on the relevant procedures, please consult the Repair Service Application Process SOP. If you encounter any issues during registration, usage, or with submitting repairs, please do not hesitate to contact us.
